Ensures all key operating documents incl. procedures, work instruction, JHAs are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated and trained to the team
Act as Site Leader or Facility Manager for review, approval and closure of the MOCs
Manages the performance, training, and development of the Operations team
Fosters a culture of ownership, collaboration, and decisive problem-solving within the operations team
