Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the initiation of research study protocols and establish operating policies and procedures.
- Support research ethics board applications.
- Plan, implement, and maintain data collection strictly according to the research protocol.
- Recruit, instruct, and coordinate research subjects and/or volunteers according to study objectives.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.
- Monitor the progress of research activities, maintain records, and prepare periodic/ad hoc reports for investigators and funding agencies.
- Assist with additional duties such as manuscript preparation, conference presentations, purchases, and grant reports.
Requirements
- BSc degree in psychology, neuroscience, child development, biology, or a related field.
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
- Mother Tongue proficiency is essential for communication with parents due to project needs.
- Willingness and availability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required by project needs.
- Team-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Possesses good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
