Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the initiation of research study protocols and establish operating policies and procedures.

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.

  • Assist with additional duties such as manuscript preparation, conference presentations, purchases, and grant reports.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in psychology, neuroscience, child development, biology, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
  • Mother Tongue proficiency is essential for communication with parents due to project needs.
  • Willingness and availability to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required by project needs.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Possesses good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
