Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related science or engineering field
- Experience managing engineers or service personnel is required
- Proven leadership skills with at least 10 years of experience leading a team of design or service engineers in the semiconductor equipment industry
- Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience, preferably with experience managing managers
- Strong business acumen and solid technical background in related science or engineering fields
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to drive initiatives and achieve business goals
