Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years in facilities management or cleaning operations with demonstrated exposure to automation, robotics, IoT or smart building technologies
- Proven track record of implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience with data analysis for maintenance planning and performance optimisation is a plus
- Strong understanding of cleaning processes, building systems, and facilities management standards
- Ability to analyse operational data to identify trends, predict failures, and optimise maintenance schedules
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and team coordination skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in facility operations
