Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Foundational exposure to AI / Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering)
Basic awareness of AI or GenAI APIs and application interaction concepts (e.g., REST, JSON)
Interest in applying AI or automation to solve real business problems
Willingness to learn low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists)
Basic understanding of process analysis or digital transformation concepts
Introductory experience working with data (Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to learn new tools quickly
