Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders, with potential opportunities in customer product delivery.
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, preferably specialized in semiconductor, physics, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry/research within silicon, flat optics process integration, and yield.
- PhD candidates with strong hands-on knowledge of semiconductor unit process and flat optics device physics engineering will be considered.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of flat optics devices and modules on current Silicon technologies, including structural and electrical fail mechanisms.
- Passionate about flat optics technology and innovation.
- Self-motivated, high-curiosity, with good communication and interpersonal skills proven in a fast-paced environment.
