Requirements

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, preferably specialized in semiconductor, physics, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry/research within silicon, flat optics process integration, and yield.
  • PhD candidates with strong hands-on knowledge of semiconductor unit process and flat optics device physics engineering will be considered.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of flat optics devices and modules on current Silicon technologies, including structural and electrical fail mechanisms.
  • Passionate about flat optics technology and innovation.
  • Self-motivated, high-curiosity, with good communication and interpersonal skills proven in a fast-paced environment.
