Requirements

  • PhD in Computational Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemoinformatics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
  • Strong, internationally recognized research track record in AI-driven drug design with high-impact publications.
  • Extensive experience leading research teams and managing complex interdisciplinary projects at the computational/experimental interface.
  • Deep expertise in designing novel neural network architectures and machine learning methodologies for molecular design and predictive modeling.
  • Proven ability to integrate computational design with experimental validation, especially concerning automated synthesis and high-throughput screening.
