Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP CO implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to controlling and profitability analysis.
Design and configure SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting).
Integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide training and support to end users.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers.
Support data migration activities related to CO master data and transactional data.
Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO consulting.
At least 2 full lifecycle SAP CO implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP CO sub-modules: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FI integration.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP CO certification is preferred.
