Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding clients/Deloitte teams onto digital platforms, including setup, management, support, and query resolution.

- Grasp business processes and learn new digital features or conduct process reviews to resolve complex business issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an established University.
- At least 5 years of experience in strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven knowledge of change management and process improvement.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with implementation focus.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage clients at all levels.
