Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services.

  • Drive execution of service and spares localization strategies to improve equipment uptime, response time, cost competitiveness, and supply chain resilience.
  • Enable supplier capability development through localization and in-country support initiatives.
  • Identify and implement supplier-related cost-saving opportunities using data analytics and should-cost models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Procurement / Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
  • Experience managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial terms.
  • Data-driven cost analysis and should-cost modeling experience.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and financial controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder influencing skills in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive summaries and clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing greenfield startups in semiconductor manufacturing or high-technology environments (preferred).
