Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index.
  • Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process.
  • Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
  • Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets.
  • Maintain, manage & improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion etc.)
  • Establish robust process control system for Si & SiC to maintain the lowest Wafer At Risk (WAR) level, highest signal to noise ratio on SPC & FDC, and minimize human dependency.
  • Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control system through benchmarking.
  • Participate with the local team in selected projects or activities such as cost reduction, process robustness, quality improvement, cycle time improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure.
  • Self-initiated, proactive, and able to communicate clearly.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
