Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-site manufacturing teams comprising operations, engineering, and technicians.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at top executive levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, including planning & control, build/test, delivery, quality, and cost structure.
- Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and direct innovative solutions.
