Key Responsibilities
- Ensures end-to-end reliability, security, and performance of site IT/OT infrastructure supporting MRO operations, safeguarding zero disruption to safety, quality, delivery, and compliance while aligning to GE Aerospace global standards
- Leads ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes, provides on-call escalation for production-impacting issues, and drives proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and asset lifecycle management to maintain SLAs and availability
- Partners with shop leadership and global teams to plan and execute changes and projects (new lines, MES/data capture, AI/analytics pilots, expansions/re-layouts) safely during production windows; manages vendors and telcos to meet SLAs and control costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT Operations (site-level leadership preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, systems, and technologies relevant to manufacturing/aerospace; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; on-site at Singapore site
- Demonstrated incident management in 24x7 operations and effective communication in a matrixed global organization
- 8–12+ years in infrastructure/operations leadership within manufacturing, MRO, pharma, or heavy industry; strong plant/shopfloor IT & OT exposure (MES, industrial networks)
- Experience operating ITIL-aligned processes with measurable SLA outcomes; vendor and contract management with proven results
- Exposure to ISA-95, OT security principles, and segmented industrial network architectures; experience in regulated or safety-critical environments; prior work in multinationals with strong standards
