Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize assets such as Shops Space, Machine Space, and STL Space acquired per the business plan.
- Ensure assets are well-maintained with timely rectification of defects and maintenance issues to uphold quality standards.
- Manage and facilitate operational workstreams with relevant stakeholders and handle tenant feedback and resolutions.
- Coordinate maintenance and improvements for cleaning, IT systems, electrical equipment, and general space management.
- Lead month-end closure on revenue and expense invoices in collaboration with the Finance Team.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly Manager’s Reports with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maintain high occupancy rates and recommend strategies for user retention.
Requirements
- Diploma from a recognized institute and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property operations or hospitality.
- Possess a clear business creation value and customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated core values of integrity, dependability, self-awareness, and empathy.
- Ability to effectively handle pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to take initiative in operational tasks.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
